Newest Family Photo

We had our family picture redone for our family room. I am excited to have a wall portrait with out complete family in it! Our last one was done just before our adoption process began! ;) Mia also was ready to have a new pic done. We did not like her preshool pic. So, here is what we got for her...

Preschool...

Mia loves going to preschool and we are so excited to meet all her new friends! She will have the same teacher as last year. Here are pics of her on her first day!

Back to Disney...

Mia was so excited to meet her Princess Arial!! We just had t o take her back to see her! All we heard all year was 'go to Dizneeee, see my alllliell'! So that's just what we did. She was so excited she couldn't stand it. Ariel told her how beautiful she was and pulled her in close for a picture. It was so precious!

Happy Adoption Day Mia!!

I can't believe that 2 years ago today we were in a courtroom half way across the world asking to be Mia's parents. It seems like a lifetime ago and only yesterday at the same time! She has grown into such an amazing little girl. She is so smart and funny and we cant imagine life without her in it! Thank you to God, the designer of all families for orchestrating her arrival!

We have had our share of challenges and obstacles over the last 2 years as we have been adjusting to a new normal everyday life for a family of 7, but it has all been worth it and we couldn't be happier. Well, we are still waiting on our million dollar check to come in the mail.....but so are you right??? LOL :)
